The deadline for registration with lower registration fees is 16 March 2009. All participants must fill in the online registration form, which is available on the Congress website at http://www.fses.fi/congress/. The regular registration fee includes the conference material, city reception and refreshments during the conference. (Please note: accommodation is not included in the conference fees.) In order to claim the student discount, applicants must present proof of full time enrolment at a degree–granting university or college for the academic year 2008–2009. A photocopy of a current student card or a letter from your departmental administration must be attached to your registration form. The payment methods are credit card and bank transfer. The Conference registration website is SSL-secured and the credit card payment can be settled when registering to the Conference. Registration fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The accepted credit cards are Visa, Eurocard and MasterCard. Invoicing is possible on special request.Cancellation Policy
Until March 16th 2009: Full refund minus 50 € cancellation fee
Between March 17th and April 30th 2009: Refund of 50 % of fees paid

Palmenia Uniconf will send confirmations to all registered participants. An e-mail confirmation of the received registration will be sent within a few days from the registration. The final confirmation will be sent by e-mail about two weeks prior to the conference with a "Coming to the Conference" information letter.
